My floor plan won't upload
Use a clear JPG, PNG or PDF of a single floor, under 20 MB. Photos of a printed plan work, as long as all four corners are in frame and the room labels are legible.
My 3D is still generating
A render usually lands in about a minute. Under load it can take a few. You can leave the page — it keeps going, and the project will be waiting in your dashboard.
I can't log in
If you signed up with Google, use the Google button rather than a password. Otherwise reset from the login page. Partner accounts are created by us — ask here if yours is missing.
Billing and subscriptions
Free covers two projects with no card. A third moves you to Pro. Day passes are charged once, per day. Anything unexpected on an invoice, send it to us and we'll sort it.
