A renovation shouldn't start with a guess

IDZ Studio is a Malaysian platform built by Zcube Design — for homeowners who want to see and price a home before they commit to it, and for the designers, contractors and suppliers who build it.

You should be able to see it first

Most people commit to a renovation on the strength of a mood board and a conversation, then meet the result months later. The studio turns your own floor plan into rooms you can look at before anything is ordered, so the argument happens on a screen instead of on site.

You should be able to price it before you commit

A budget band is not a price. Every piece in your design carries a real supplier price, so the estimate is a sum of decisions you made rather than a number handed to you at the end. Prices stay visible on the free tier — that part is not what we sell.

The trade should be in the same place

The brief, the design, the specification and the quote usually live in four different apps and two WhatsApp groups. Here the designer, the contractor and the supplier work on the same record the homeowner is looking at.

How we make money

A free design tool with real prices in it raises a fair question. Here is the whole answer.

Subscriptions

Designing and pricing are free. You pay when you want the identity of the suppliers, contractors and designers behind the prices, and a one-click introduction to them.

The co-working floor

A day pass, or a desk for the month on Pro — with the physical material library beside it and the team on hand for a guided revision.

Purchases through the platform

When an order runs through IDZ Studio rather than off-platform, the payment is protected and the purchase carries a warranty. That is the service the platform is paid for.

Advertising

Partners can pay to promote their profile to homeowners browsing the platform. It is charged separately from partner access and it does not change what your estimate costs.

Client stories

There are no testimonials on this site. When there are, they will be a named client, a real project and the actual numbers, published with their permission — not a stock portrait and a sentence we wrote ourselves.

Partner logos

We are not showing a wall of supplier logos we have not been given permission to show. The catalogue is where you will see who is on the platform.

Pro pricing

The monthly figure is being finalised. Ask and you will get the current number in writing before you are asked to pay anything.
