Tell us the date
One line is enough: the day you want, and what you are coming in to work on. If a specific material matters, say so — we will tell you whether it is on the shelf.
We confirm before you travel
We reply with the address, the hours on that day, and how to pay the RM 50 / day. Nothing is charged before that reply.
Before you book
What the pass is not.
- Hot desks are first come first served. Telling us your date means we expect you and can say in advance if the floor is full — it does not hold one specific desk.
- Kuala Lumpur only. There is one floor, and it is here. The pass is not usable anywhere else and does not cover travel.
- One person, one day. The pass covers the day it is booked for and does not roll over to another.
- One guided revision. It is a session, not an open design service — free-flow revisions are a Pro thing.
- The library holds what suppliers have registered with us. If a specific brand or finish is the reason you are coming in, ask before you book.
- The address, the hours on your date and how to pay are confirmed in our reply — not on this page, because they are settled per booking.

Do I need an account before I book?
Yes, and it is free. The pass includes the free design tier, so the account is where the design you work on during the day lives — without one there is nothing to open when you sit down.

No. RM 50 / day, one payment, one day. There is nothing to cancel and nothing recurring.
I am on Pro. Do I need a pass as well?
No. Pro includes a hot desk on the co-working floor for the whole month, so a pass on top of it would be paying twice for the same desk.

Kuala Lumpur. We confirm the building, the unit and the hours for your date when we confirm the booking, rather than publishing an address that is right for some days and wrong for others.
