For the trade

Your side of the platform your clients design on

IDZ Studio only works if the people who supply, design and build are on it. This is what they get for being here.

The enquiry arrives already specified

By the time a homeowner reaches you they have a plan, a rendered design, a material list and a number they have already made peace with. You are quoting a defined scope instead of interviewing someone who says they want 'something modern'.

You are in the design, not in a directory

Suppliers' products sit inside the render and inside the estimate. When a homeowner picks that finish, it is your product they have chosen and your product they come to buy — before anyone has opened a listing page.

One record instead of four threads

Brief, design, specification, proposal, amendments, order — one chain, in one place, with the client. Nothing lives in a WhatsApp group that somebody has to scroll back through when a dispute starts.

Three ways in

Pick the one you are

Each has its own portal, built for the job that side of the work actually does — not one dashboard with three sets of fields greyed out.

Interior designers

Studios and independent designers taking on residential work.

Stop losing a day to a render. Generate the concept in a minute, refine it against real product pricing, and send a proposal the client can approve in the same sitting.

  • AI Studio for client work — plan in, photoreal rooms out
  • Swap pieces against live supplier pricing as you design
  • Proposals the client approves in-platform, on the record
  • Sample requests to suppliers without leaving the job
  • A public portfolio and a client list in one place
  • Hot desk and the physical material library on the IDZ floor

Renovation contractors

Renovation and fit-out firms quoting residential jobs.

Quote from a brief that already has the rooms, the design and the specification attached — instead of a phone number and a guess at what the client wants.

  • Briefs from homeowners who have already designed and costed
  • Bid on submitted projects; the scope arrives with the enquiry
  • Proposals and amendments tracked to a decision
  • Jobs with the brief, design and spec attached from day one
  • Your own price list, kept in your portal
  • Reviews tied to work you actually completed here

Material & furniture suppliers

Manufacturers, distributors and showrooms selling to homeowners.

Get your products into the design itself. When a homeowner picks your finish in the studio, your product is what the estimate prices — and what they come to buy.

  • Your catalogue, your prices, maintained by you
  • Products appear inside renders, material boards and estimates
  • Leads arrive with the project attached, not as a cold enquiry
  • Sample requests, quotations and orders in one thread
  • Purchases run through the platform, payment protected
  • 360° product viewers for the pieces that deserve one

Getting on

What joining looks like

Four steps, and a person at the other end of every one of them.
01

Tell us what you do

Which of the three you are, the categories you actually cover, and the areas you work in. A short conversation, not an application form with forty fields.

02

We verify you

Company registration, past work and the trades you claim. Homeowners are told partners are verified, so the check has to be real or the word is worth nothing.

03

Your portal is set up

Designers get the AI Studio and proposals, contractors get briefs and jobs, suppliers get their catalogue and orders. Your products and prices are loaded and stay yours to maintain.

04

Work starts arriving

Briefs and enquiries land in the portal with the project attached. You reply in the same thread the client is already in.

Before you ask

What partners want to know

Who can join as a partner?

Interior designers, renovation contractors and material or furniture suppliers. Each gets its own portal: designers work in the AI Studio and send proposals, contractors receive briefs and manage jobs, suppliers keep their catalogue, quote samples and take orders.

What each portal does →

How do leads actually reach me?

A homeowner designs a project, then either contacts a partner directly or submits the project for contractors to bid. Either way it arrives in your portal as a brief with the rooms, the style, the design and the estimate already attached — not a name and a phone number to cold-call.

What does it cost to be on the platform?

Partner access sits on the Pro tier, whose monthly price is being finalised — talk to us and we will tell you exactly where it lands before you commit to anything. Public promotion of your profile is charged separately as advertising.

Talk to us →

Do I have to sell at your prices?

No. Suppliers maintain their own catalogue and their own prices in the supplier portal, and those are the prices homeowners see in the estimate. We do not set them and we do not mark them up inside the design tool.

What is the co-working floor?

A working space on the IDZ floor with the physical material library next to it. Pro includes a hot desk for the month; a day pass buys one day of the same thing. It exists so a designer can bring a client in, pull the real samples off the shelf and finish the conversation in person.

See the day pass →

See where partner access sits in the tiers — or ask us directly, the price is not a secret, it is just not final.
